An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Ekeroth in the 5th minute of play forced Limhamns Stjärnor's goalkeeper Gustaf Sjödin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Limhamns Stjärnor's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Vase came free, but Gustaf Sjödin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Erik Backman fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Limhamns Stjärnor's protests and gave Erik Backman a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Limhamns Stjärnor getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Erik Backman hit a great ball. Richard Brodin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henric Ek in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Tommy Vase shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Sjödin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Limhamns Stjärnor's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Ekeroth came free, but Gustaf Sjödin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludwig Engström's late challenge caught a Rosendahl Flyers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ludwig Engström helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Limhamns Stjärnor's Ludwig Engström got a free kick in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, Limhamns Stjärnor's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Ekeroth came free, but Gustaf Sjödin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Matias Polentzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Sjödin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaf Sjödin came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Rosendahl Flyers's Tommy Vase. But to his dismay, Tommy Vase quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Henric Ek made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Edgar Ekeroth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Gustaf Sjödin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Limhamns Stjärnor's Gustaf Sjödin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Ekeroth in the 59th minute of play. Gustaf Sjödin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Ekeroth in the 60th minute of the match. Gustaf Sjödin made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Edgar Ekeroth sent off a good shot on target. Limhamns Stjärnor's Gustaf Sjödin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jordy Carayol in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute of the match, Edgar Ekeroth got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gustaf Sjödin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Erik Backman got his second yellow card in the match during the 67th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 68th match minute, Limhamns Stjärnor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Backman to maneuver through the defense. After 76 played minutes Rosendahl Flyers got a freekick which was hit by Per-Arne Galle. The supporters of Limhamns Stjärnor booed when Rosendahl Flyers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Arne Galle didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute, Tord Fogel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gustaf Sjödin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Vase, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Gustaf Sjödin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Vase in the 84th minute of the match. Gustaf Sjödin made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Edgar Ekeroth sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Rosendahl Flyers's Ernst Högström slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gustaf Sjödin. That made the score 0-4 after 94 minutes of play. When the match was over Rosendahl Flyers could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Limhamns Stjärnor throughout the match.
