Elof Säfström ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Elof Säfström got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bengt Lindholm quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 6th minute Folke Vikström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt Lindholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Bartosz Bobrowski took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Bengt Lindholm to make any attempt to save it. Bengt Lindholm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartosz Bobrowski in the 15th minute of play. Bengt Lindholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konrad Koprowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, A-laget's Folke Vikström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. A-laget's Bartosz Bobrowski got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Konrad Koprowski got free with Bengt Lindholm in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bengt Lindholm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartosz Bobrowski in the 30th minute. Bengt Lindholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartosz Bobrowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bartosz Bobrowski succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 33rd playminute. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Björköby's goalkeeper Bengt Lindholm, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bengt Lindholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folke Vikström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A-laget's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elof Säfström in the 38th minute. Elof Säfström made a great header on A-laget's corner, it was just that Björköby's Bengt Lindholm managed to reach the ball for a save. Bengt Lindholm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Ek in the 41st minute of play. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Bartosz Bobrowski sped through Björköby's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bengt Lindholm. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bartosz Bobrowski made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Folke Vikström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A-laget fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Bartosz Bobrowski struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Bengt Lindholm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A-laget. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Konrad Koprowski in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bengt Lindholm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 65th minute, Benjamin Bogren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, Elof Säfström sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Björköby's Bengt Lindholm didn't even have to move. After 68th play minutes Konrad Koprowski shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Bengt Lindholm and just under the crossbar into goal. When Konrad Koprowski got free in front of the goal in the 71st minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Bengt Lindholm was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konrad Koprowski in the 72nd minute of play forced Björköby's goalkeeper Bengt Lindholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute A-laget were awarded a corner. Elof Säfström went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Elof Säfström almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Björköby's Bengt Lindholm did a great save. Tommy Kristiansson's late challenge caught a A-laget's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tommy Kristiansson helped the player get up and apologised. Tommy Kristiansson hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Björköby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A-laget the free kick. After 93 played minutes Björköby got a freekick which was hit by August Bolander. The supporters of A-laget booed when Björköby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. August Bolander didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 played minutes, A-laget's Elof Säfström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bengt Lindholm came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in A-laget reached it. When the referee ended the match the A-laget players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
