Grinchez's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Folke Vikström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The throw-in from Hubert Åberg in the 28th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Grinchez's Diamantino Reis. Gustaf Bodin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Folke Vikström, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Grinchez's goalkeeper Gustaf Bodin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 34 minutes of play, A-laget's Konrad Koprowski made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustaf Bodin was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, A-laget's Sune Lindqvist got a free kick in the 44th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elof Säfström during the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Konrad Koprowski came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gustaf Bodin could save by the left post. Gustaf Bodin made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Konrad Koprowski sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st minute, Grinchez's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Konrad Koprowski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Grinchez's Gustaf Bodin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Grinchez from getting a goal against them. Konrad Koprowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Gustaf Bodin made a huge save. 67 minutes into the match, A-laget's Konrad Koprowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gustaf Bodin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Konrad Koprowski could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Gustaf Bodin however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Grinchez's Gustaf Bodin got control of the ball when Konrad Koprowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Konrad Koprowski struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Gustaf Bodin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A-laget. Grinchez made a substitution. August Ekenberg replaced Göran Vennerdal.
