Skene's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Fredric Söderqvist scored to the left of an out of position Gregory Mäder, making the score, 1-0. Amadeu Pombal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sobah Conchas's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. With a little luck, Skene's Gregory Mäder got control of the ball when Olle Bröms tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute of the match Knipan IF got a corner. Skene's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dick Näfver ran over to the corner to take the kick. Dick Näfver made a great header on Knipan IF's corner, it was just that Skene's Gregory Mäder managed to reach the ball for a save. After 21 minutes of play, Skene's Sobah Conchas made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeu Pombal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hugo Engström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Gregory Mäder when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hugo Engströms short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Gregory Mäder to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 33 minutes into the match, Knipan IF's goal looked a bit too open when Per Johansson came free, but Amadeu Pombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Knipan IF's Amadeu Pombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sobah Conchas in the 38th minute of play. Patrik Johansson ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Skene's corner Patrik Johansson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Amadeu Pombal quite easily take care of the ball. In the 45th minute Skene were awarded a corner. Patrik Johansson went to the cornerflag to take it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Gregory Mäder stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgar Nordin's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Knipan IF's Amadeu Pombal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Knipan IF from getting a goal against them. Skene's Gregory Mäder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magnus Gallin in the 67th minute of play. Gregory Mäder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magnus Gallin in the 90th minute of play. Birger Karlstedt hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The supporters of Knipan IF booed when Skene was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Johansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Skene walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
