Wedd FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugo Engström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Thanks to some nice moves Sven-Arne Kjellman could shoot a difficult shot in the 8th minute, which Amadeu Pombal however easily saved by the left post. In the 9th minute Isaac Ahlén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Pombal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wedd FF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Henrik Lagerberg in the 10th minute. A nice corner shot did that Sven-Arne Kjellman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Amadeu Pombal quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Federico Di Cicco struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Amadeu Pombal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wedd FF. Amadeu Pombal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Isaac Ahlén showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 22 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Wedd FF's Federico Di Cicco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amadeu Pombal. That made the score 2-2 after 30 minutes of play. Sven-Arne Kjellman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amadeu Pombal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Knipan IF's Amadeu Pombal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Knipan IF from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Wedd FF booed when Knipan IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magnus Gallin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Rune Abelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Nordin, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After 59 played minutes Knipan IF got a freekick which was hit by Gert Ekelund. Knipan IF's Amadeu Pombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Di Cicco in the 61st minute of play. Wedd FF's Sven-Arne Kjellman got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Johannes Dambo made a precise shot to the right of Amadeu Pombal. Knipan IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. 77 minutes into the match, Edgar Nordin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rune Abelsson, 4-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Nordin in the 80th minute of play forced Wedd FF's goalkeeper Rune Abelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Knipan IF's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Di Cicco came free, but Amadeu Pombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fredric Söderqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Henrik Lagerberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wedd FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Henrik Lagerberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeu Pombal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Camillo Aceto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the game, Federico Di Cicco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wedd FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Knipan IF the free kick. Federico Di Cicco hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute of the match Knipan IF got a corner. Wedd FF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dick Näfver ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Knipan IF's Fredric Söderqvist got a free kick in the 95th minute. 97 minutes into the match, Johannes Dambo notched a goal, 5-3, to the right of Knipan IF's Amadeu Pombal. Amadeu Pombal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wedd FF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
