In the 21st minute Holger Lindqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Bållström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kent Bållström was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 26 minutes into the match, Holger Lindqvist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kent Bållström, 4-0. Kent Bållström acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 29th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sylwester Cwenar. In the 31st minute, Holger Lindqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hammarby IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 34 minutes into the match, Ystad Mad Cowz's goalkeeper Kent Bållström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pontus Åhman. Kent Bållström made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Holger Lindqvist sent off a good shot on target. Kent Bållström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Holger Lindqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rdth minute of the game Holger Lindqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ystad Mad Cowz's Kent Bållström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Holger Lindqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 47thth minute of the game Holger Lindqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ystad Mad Cowz's Kent Bållström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

After 52 played minutes Hammarby IF got a freekick which was hit by Inge Valler. Inge Valler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ystad Mad Cowz's Kent Bållström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Holger Lindqvist in the 55th minute of play. Kent Bållström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Holger Lindqvist went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Lindqvist in the 60th minute of play forced Ystad Mad Cowz's goalkeeper Kent Bållström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kent Bållström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sylwester Cwenar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ystad Mad Cowz's George Hernström got a free kick in the 64th minute. Ystad Mad Cowz's Kent Bållström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Holger Lindqvist in the 66th minute of play. Kent Bållström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Holger Lindqvist in the 67th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Ystad Mad Cowz's goal looked a bit too open when Holger Lindqvist came free, but Kent Bållström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Holger Lindqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kent Bållström was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Holger Lindqvist in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kent Bållström saved Ystad Mad Cowz from getting behind. Kent Bållström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Holger Lindqvist's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. A collision led to Ystad Mad Cowz getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Ivar Ahlén hit a great ball. After 79 played minutes, Hammarby IF's Inge Valler shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kent Bållström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hammarby IF reached it. Kent Bållström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Holger Lindqvist's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Allan Hedström kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The supporters of Ystad Mad Cowz booed when Hammarby IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sakarias Mellbad didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Ystad Mad Cowz's Villiam Koch tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Kent Bållström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Holger Lindqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Ystad Mad Cowz defense, Holger Lindqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kent Bållström. The Ystad Mad Cowz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kent Bållström should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Hammarby IF booed when Ystad Mad Cowz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herman Boman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ystad Mad Cowz's zone, Holger Lindqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kent Bållström came out of the goal and Holger Lindqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kent Bållström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inge Valler in the 94th minute of the match. Inge Valler spun around in front of the goal 94 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Ystad Mad Cowz's goal. Ivar Ahlén kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Hammarby IF were the better team. Hammarby IF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
