But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olle Bröms couldn't finish the play. 11 minutes into the match, Knipan IF's goal looked a bit too open when Holger Lindqvist came free, but Amadeu Pombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Victor Kinsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Engström in the 15th minute of play forced Hammarby IF's goalkeeper Dan Sikström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Hammarby IF defense, Hugo Engström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dan Sikström. The Hammarby IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dan Sikström should have stopped the shot. Amadeu Pombal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Holger Lindqvist's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Knipan IF's Amadeu Pombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pontus Åhman in the 22nd minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Knipan IF's goal looked a bit too open when Inge Valler came free, but Amadeu Pombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeu Pombal didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Hammarby IF's Holger Lindqvist shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Victor Kinsen hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After 47 played minutes Hammarby IF got a freekick which was hit by Holger Lindqvist. Knipan IF made a substitution. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Holger Lindqvist to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Magnus Gallin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Dan Sikström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jan Billock's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Amadeu Pombal firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Knipan IF's Aaron Harman got a free kick in the 61st minute. Amadeu Pombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Holger Lindqvist in the 62nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Sebastian Dahlgren could shoot a difficult shot in the 63rd minute, which Amadeu Pombal however easily saved by the left post. Pontus Åhman came free with the goalkeeper in the 64th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Amadeu Pombal could save by the left post. The supporters of Hammarby IF booed when Knipan IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. The Knipan IF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hammarby IF's performance. The match ended with a win for Hammarby IF.
