IFK Söderköping's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BK Kenty Linköping the free kick. After a rather tough play, IFK Söderköping's Bengt-Arne Albäck got a free kick in the 10th minute. Stig Ahlerot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raymond Darwis's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torbjörn Bohlin in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pelle Forsman saved BK Kenty Linköping from getting behind. In the last second Pelle Forsman throw himself and got hold of the ball when Torbjörn Bohlin in the 12thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 21st minute, IFK Söderköping's Per-Oskar Möller ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pelle Forsman. Pelle Forsman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, BK Kenty Linköping's goalkeeper Pelle Forsman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Grubb. BK Kenty Linköping's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Torbjörn Bohlin scored to the left of an out of position Pelle Forsman, making the score, 2-0. With a little luck, BK Kenty Linköping's Pelle Forsman got control of the ball when Roland Holmstedt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pelle Forsman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lars-Erik Widberg went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Torbjörn Bohlins short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Pelle Forsman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 35th match minute, BK Kenty Linköping was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johan Hylander to maneuver through the defense. Torbjörn Bohlin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Pelle Forsman made a huge save. In the 39th minute, Ted Sandwall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to BK Kenty Linköping getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, BK Kenty Linköping's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Bohlin came free, but Pelle Forsman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig Ahlerot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raymond Darwis, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in BK Kenty Linköping fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 63rd minute. Penalty! Pelle Forsman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 71st minute, Torbjörn Bohlin made a precise shot to the right of Pelle Forsman. BK Kenty Linköping's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. In the 75th match minute, IFK Söderköping was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Oskar Möller to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Bohlin in the 95th minute of play forced BK Kenty Linköping's goalkeeper Pelle Forsman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BK Kenty Linköping's Pelle Forsman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Arne Albäck in the 96th minute of play. If Torbjörn Bohlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. IFK Söderköping walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
