With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christian Mårtensson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Christian Mårtensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Semih Işıldar in the 17th minute of play. Christian Mårtensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josef Fagrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute Kalazio were awarded a corner. Semih Işıldar went to the cornerflag to take it. Hans Blanck was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Daniel Persson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars-Erik Klack having to interfere. Kalazio's Semih Işıldar got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31st match minute, Kalazio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josef Fagrell to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, Kalazio's goalkeeper Lars-Erik Klack had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Björn Jespersson. Christian Mårtensson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. In the 44th minute, Nils Hedin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lars-Erik Klack made an important save on a dangerous shot by Björn Jespersson in the 45th minute. When Semih Işıldar came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Kalazio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Semih Işıldar couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Kalazio walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
