An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Belmonte in the 12th minute of play forced BK Gunilla's goalkeeper Axel Thidén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Axel Thidén came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Jakobsgatan 01's Ernani Ribeiro. But to his dismay, Ernani Ribeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 19 minutes BK Gunilla's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hjalmar Classon who took care of the corner kick. Jakobsgatan 01's Tomás Belmonte was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Axel Thidén in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Axel Thidén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernani Ribeiro in the 20th minute of the match. Domenico Preda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Axel Thidén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Axel Thidén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domenico Preda, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Jakobsgatan 01's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hjalmar Classon in the 30th minute. Domenico Preda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Thidén having to interfere. BK Gunilla's Axel Thidén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domenico Preda in the 37th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Domenico Preda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Axel Thidén. BK Gunilla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domenico Preda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Antonis Nikopolidis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timmy Skog's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Jakobsgatan 01's goal looked a bit too open when Timmy Skog came free, but Antonis Nikopolidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 played minutes Jakobsgatan 01 got a freekick which was hit by Domenico Preda. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timmy Skog made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domenico Preda got free with Axel Thidén in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. BK Gunilla's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Domenico Preda scored to the left of an out of position Axel Thidén, making the score, 0-3. Ernani Ribeiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Axel Thidén made a huge save. Axel Thidén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernani Ribeiro in the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Domenico Preda reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Axel Thidén. The goal made the score 0-4. Sten Gustavsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Axel Thidén made a huge save. In the 93rd minute Timmy Skog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonis Nikopolidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jakobsgatan 01's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
