Östen Malmgren made in the 3rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Wäsby Rockers's Anthon Pihlgren. 5 minutes into the game, Freddie Fredriksson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Blågula Fans FF's Sebastian Bredberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Alex Lingren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignace Vermeulen in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wäsby Rockers's goalkeeper Alex Lingren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sture Ros struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Andreas Söderberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wäsby Rockers. If Ignace Vermeulen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alex Lingren made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Ignace Vermeulen sent off a good shot on target. After 31 minutes Wäsby Rockers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sebastian Bredberg who took care of the corner kick. Ignace Vermeulen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Alex Lingren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Andreas Söderberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernt Lundkvist's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Alex Lingren was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Ignace Vermeulen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ignace Vermeulen really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Ignace Vermeulen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erland Björklund to strike the kick off in the second half. Ignace Vermeulen took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alex Lingren. Alex Lingren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Ignace Vermeulen scored 3-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alex Lingren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arman Ekeroth during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Blågula Fans FF getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Arman Ekeroth hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Blågula Fans FF's Arman Ekeroth got a free kick in the 58th minute. Andreas Söderberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernt Lundkvist went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. With his leg Andreas Söderberg managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Wäsby Rockers's Bernt Lundkvist fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Andreas Söderberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Basualdo in the 67th minute of play. If Ignace Vermeulen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ignace Vermeulen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The attack was good, but when Sture Ros in the 81st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Andreas Söderberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernt Lundkvist in the 84th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Wäsby Rockers's zone, Erland Björklund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Lingren came out of the goal and Erland Björklund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the match, Blågula Fans FF's goalkeeper Andreas Söderberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernt Lundkvist. Blågula Fans FF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
