Jörn Brovall succeeded in the game's 4th minute to get real power on a long shot . GRAPPA's Kenny Lundqvist hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 0-1! Kenny Lundqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Gallberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Lidingö's Malcolm Pilblad nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kenny Lundqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Karl Gallberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kenny Lundqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gelu Cornoiu in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kenny Lundqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kenny Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Gallberg in the 16th minute of play. Kenny Lundqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malcolm Pilblad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kenny Lundqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malcolm Pilblad in the 20th minute of the match. Kenny Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Gallberg in the 23rd minute of play. In the 27th minute Karl Gallberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenny Lundqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tor Grubb hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute of the match Jörn Brovall shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kenny Lundqvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 30th minute Karl Gallberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenny Lundqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th match minute, GRAPPA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viktor Håkansson to maneuver through the defense. After 38 played minutes, Lidingö's Jörn Brovall shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kenny Lundqvist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lidingö reached it. Malcolm Pilblad scored 0-6 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kenny Lundqvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44th minute, Karl Gallberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kenny Lundqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Osvald Bergfelt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Kenny Lundqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The GRAPPA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lidingö were winning 0-7.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Svante Fastesson to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Ulf Johansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kenny Lundqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gelu Cornoiu in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Jörn Brovall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the game, Malcolm Pilblad cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Kenny Lundqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Malcolm Pilblad struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Kenny Lundqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lidingö. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otto Söderqvist in the 63rd minute of play forced GRAPPA's goalkeeper Kenny Lundqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Ulf Johansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lidingö fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. In the 80th minute, Emil Blomkvist made a precise shot to the right of Kenny Lundqvist. GRAPPA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-12. Kenny Lundqvist was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Karl Gallberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-13 in the 84 minute of play. After 87 minutes of play, Lidingö's Osvald Bergfelt made it 0-14 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kenny Lundqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92nd minute, Gelu Cornoiu made a precise shot to the right of Kenny Lundqvist. GRAPPA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-15. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gelu Cornoiu got free with Kenny Lundqvist in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Jörn Brovall kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kenny Lundqvist. That made the score 0-16 in the 96 minute of play. The GRAPPA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lidingö were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
