Ignace Vermeulen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Klas Giliusson came out and tried to block the shot, but Ignace Vermeulen slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. Arman Ekeroth's late challenge caught a Vallbyn FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arman Ekeroth helped the player get up and apologised. Andreas Söderberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ove Hammarbäck, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Michel Sundén recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Klas Giliusson. Michel Sundén showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 24th minute, Vallbyn FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Michel Sundén fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Ignace Vermeulen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Klas Giliusson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arman Ekeroth in the 32nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Erland Björklund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Klas Giliusson was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. The supporters of Blågula Fans FF booed when Vallbyn FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Paulin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Östen Malmgren got free with Klas Giliusson in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute, Arman Ekeroth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erland Björklund had several of the Vallbyn FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 39 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Klas Giliusson as he didn't even see the shot coming. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erland Björklund to make the kick off. Dick Gråberg hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Erland Björklund scored 5-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Klas Giliusson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st minute, Erland Björklund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blågula Fans FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. 65 minutes into the match, Vallbyn FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erland Björklund came free, but Klas Giliusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Arman Ekeroth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Klas Giliusson was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. 76 minutes into the match, Blågula Fans FF's Sven Nordin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Klas Giliusson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ignace Vermeulen struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Klas Giliusson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blågula Fans FF. If Arman Ekeroth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arman Ekeroth scored 9-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Klas Giliusson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 88th minute of the match Sebastian Bredberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Klas Giliusson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 92nd play minutes Arman Ekeroth shot 11-0, a short shot which went by Klas Giliusson and just under the crossbar into goal. When the referee ended the match the Blågula Fans FF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
