Wlodzimierz Cipinski made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Anthon Åström sent off a good shot on target. 17 minutes into the match, BENA FK's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Nordstedt came free, but Ronny Sundström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anthon Åström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Wlodzimierz Cipinski made a huge save. 18 minutes into the match, GAIS's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Francho came free, but Wlodzimierz Cipinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match, Ola Utter tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wlodzimierz Cipinski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ola Utter in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wlodzimierz Cipinski saved GAIS from getting behind. Ronny Sundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Jakue, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Camilo Francho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Wlodzimierz Cipinski made a huge save. Wlodzimierz Cipinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthon Åström in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, BENA FK's goal looked a bit too open when Max Godet came free, but Ronny Sundström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the GAIS defense, Camilo Francho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wlodzimierz Cipinski. The GAIS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wlodzimierz Cipinski should have stopped the shot. In the 38th minute Ola Utter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wlodzimierz Cipinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of GAIS booed when BENA FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthon Åström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ronny Sundström came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by GAIS's Filip Bäckman. But to his dismay, Filip Bäckman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anthon Åström to strike the kick off in the second half. Xamo Navarro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Ronny Sundström made a huge save. BENA FK's Ronny Sundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deng Le Jian in the 54th minute of play. BENA FK's Ronny Sundström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save BENA FK from getting a goal against them. In the 64th match minute, BENA FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eskil Billock to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of BENA FK booed when GAIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
