Sumpan FC's Mats Fredriksson got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Viggo Jönsätt succeeded in the game's 20th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Garci in the 24th minute of play forced Sumpan FC's goalkeeper Agne Målare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Kurt Bergendahl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivan Sjögren was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 30th match minute, Sumpan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Einar Lundström to maneuver through the defense. Steinar Stålhandske could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Agne Målare made a huge save.

Sumpan FC's Agne Målare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Garci in the 53rd minute of play. Agne Målare came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Zorro's Viggo Jönsätt. But to his dismay, Viggo Jönsätt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 58 minutes into the match, Viggo Jönsätt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Agne Målare. Sumpan FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viggo Jönsätt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Agne Målare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viggo Jönsätt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Sumpan FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Helge Thedin hit a great ball. After 75 played minutes Sumpan FC got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Michael Hägert. In the 79th minute, Kutalp Arkın got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ivan Sjögren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Helge Thedin in the 85th minute of play. Steinar Stålhandske hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 94th match minute, FC Zorro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fathoni Andrich to maneuver through the defense.
