In the 3rd minute, Sven Bergvall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 6 minutes of play, Empo FF's Spike Delamore made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marc Västerberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nel Hagens BK's Marc Västerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Spike Delamore in the 10th minute of play. Nils Billing's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Cesare Varglien skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Mark Östman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Nils Billing managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nel Hagens BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Nils Billing was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cesare Varglien breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 26 minutes into the match, Remigio Leoncio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marc Västerberg. Nel Hagens BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remigio Leoncio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. If Isac Mellbad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Spike Delamore in the 30th minute of play forced Nel Hagens BK's goalkeeper Marc Västerberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Remigio Leoncio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Marc Västerberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Empo FF getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Spike Delamore hit a great ball. Sven-Åke Wenerdahl kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Kasper Johnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Västerberg having to interfere. Nel Hagens BK's Marc Västerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Leoncio in the 46th minute of play. The Nel Hagens BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Empo FF were winning 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nils Billing was the one to do the kick off. Cesare Varglien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Billing in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Remigio Leoncio notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Nel Hagens BK's Marc Västerberg. Marc Västerberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Isac Mellbad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Remigio Leoncio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marc Västerberg. That made the score 0-7 in the 65 minute of play. Remigio Leoncio took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marc Västerberg. Marc Västerberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Marc Västerberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Remigio Leoncio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 72 minute of play. Marc Västerberg was a little too slow when Remigio Leoncio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 0-11. Marc Västerberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfred Glad's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Cesare Varglien didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven Bergvall went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-11 was the resulting score. Empo FF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
