Tobias Vester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Västerberg having to interfere. Olof Eriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Billing in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Täfte Flyers's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Billing came free, but Olof Eriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 20 minutes, Michael Kilström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Täfte Flyers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michael Kilström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Emanuel Giliusson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nel Hagens BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Michael Kilström scored to the left of an out of position Marc Västerberg, making the score, 2-0. Marc Västerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Kilström in the 34th minute of play. Michael Kilström's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marc Västerberg firmly grabbed it by the left post. Olof Eriksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven Bergvall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nils Billing was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Täfte Flyers's Olof Eriksson got control of the ball when Sven Bergvall tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Michael Kilström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th match minute, Täfte Flyers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rikard Myhr to maneuver through the defense. Täfte Flyers's Michael Kilström got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dick Lindström's late challenge caught a Täfte Flyers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dick Lindström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th match minute, Nel Hagens BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dick Lindström to maneuver through the defense. Nel Hagens BK were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Täfte Flyers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sören Svartengren took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Sören Svartengren got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Olof Eriksson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 71 minutes into the match, Nel Hagens BK's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Giliusson came free, but Marc Västerberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michael Kilström scored 3-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marc Västerberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 76 minutes into the match, Marcus Lundblad had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marc Västerberg. Nel Hagens BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcus Lundblad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Sven Bergvall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Michael Kilström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marc Västerberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tobias Vester went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Nils Billing blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olof Eriksson having to make a save.
