After taking down the ball on Empo FF's corner Isac Mellbad fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fredrik Isaksson quite easily take care of the ball. Cesare Varglien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Oskar Olsson in the 41st minute of the match. Cesare Varglien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt Dalman, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After 45 played minutes Ostens BK got a freekick which was hit by Bengt Dalman. In the 47th minute, Remigio Leoncio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Empo FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Bengt Dalman made the kick off in the second half. But to his dismay, Remigio Leoncio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Marcus Högberg kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Empo FF had played much better football throughout.
