After having played for 19 minutes, Per-Olof Jakobsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Täfte Flyers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per-Olof Jakobsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Täfte Flyers's Olof Eriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornel Mușătescu in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute of the match, Joseph Henriksson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Olof Eriksson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After the first half Täfte Flyers were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Tobias Vester managed to get in a good position for a shot. Täfte Flyers's supporters rose to their feet, but Tobias Vester was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robert Hedman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The coaching staff of Täfte Flyers protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hjalmar Pedersson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 64th minute, one of Täfte Flyers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Täfte Flyers. The referee gave Mammons vänner a penalty, 66 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Frithjof Pirat, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Täfte Flyers's Olof Eriksson. 1-2. After 72 played minutes Täfte Flyers got a freekick which was hit by Pär Alebom. 75 minutes into the match, Per-Olof Jakobsson notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Mammons vänner's Robert Hedman. Robert Hedman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Cornel Mușătescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olof Eriksson was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Cornel Mușătescu put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Olof Eriksson. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
