The Söderströms IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 16 minutes into the match, Hillared FK's goal looked a bit too open when Sverker Vallengren came free, but Robin Vennerlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 minutes of play, Söderströms IF's Rolf Rudkvist made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robin Vennerlund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sebastian Hybbert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hugo Törnqvist having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sverker Vallengren in the 38th minute of play forced Hillared FK's goalkeeper Robin Vennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robin Vennerlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolf Rudkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hillared FK's Robin Vennerlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Soned in the 40th minute of play. Rolf Rudkvist scored 0-7 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robin Vennerlund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Söderströms IF were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sverker Vallengren made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Hillared FK's Frank Söderkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hugo Törnqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 52 minutes into the match, Hillared FK's goal looked a bit too open when Rolf Rudkvist came free, but Robin Vennerlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 53 played minutes Söderströms IF got a freekick which was hit by Torsten Bengtsson. In the 54th minute, Börje Biörkman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jörgen Kleen hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. A collision led to Hillared FK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Fred Källberg hit a great ball. Sverker Vallengren struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Robin Vennerlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Söderströms IF. After 69 played minutes Hillared FK got a freekick which was hit by Fred Källberg. After some careless play in the Hillared FK defense, Rolf Rudkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robin Vennerlund. The Hillared FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robin Vennerlund should have stopped the shot. 80 minutes into the match, Hillared FK's goalkeeper Robin Vennerlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolf Rudkvist. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Henry Soned took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Robin Vennerlund to make any attempt to save it. If Sebastian Hybbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robin Vennerlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rolf Rudkvist in the 88th minute. 94 minutes into the match, Hillared FK's goalkeeper Robin Vennerlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jens Stor. With a little luck, Hillared FK's Robin Vennerlund got control of the ball when Rolf Rudkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Söderströms IF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hillared FK.
