Hornstull IK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hornstull IK were furious when Georg Ahlquist was red carded, 15 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hornstull IK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 15th minute. Penalty! Leif Ahlroht showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Pååk, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Hornstull IK's Leif Ahlroht played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Frykberg in the 24th minute of play. Leif Ahlroht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hannes Samuelsson in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, TreileBorg FF's Richard Frykberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leif Ahlroht made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 32 minutes into the game, Josef Täman lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Radoslaw Bielecki. Leif Ahlroht showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Pååk in the 37th minute of the match. Hornstull IK's Leif Ahlroht played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hannes Samuelsson in the 38th minute of play. Leif Ahlroht stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kent Blanck's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evert Sjögren was the one to do the kick off. If Kent Blanck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hornstull IK's Leif Ahlroht proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Hornstull IK from getting a goal against them. André Överman hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. A collision led to TreileBorg FF getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Tim Borre hit a great ball. Leif Ahlroht made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Richard Frykberg sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Hornstull IK getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. André Överman hit a great ball. Leif Ahlroht took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Blanck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexander Pååk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leif Ahlroht came out and tried to block the shot, but Alexander Pååk slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 76th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Hornstull IK's goalkeeper Leif Ahlroht had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexander Pååk. In the 89th minute, Alexander Pååk made a precise shot to the right of Leif Ahlroht. Hornstull IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. Radoslaw Bielecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rickard Biörk, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After a rather tough play, TreileBorg FF's Gustav Sandberg got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Hornstull IK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. TreileBorg FF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
