Spectators: 7320 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1790, VIP seats: 130) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fernando Txatxu took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Mattias Skytt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gröne Jägarens BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mattias Skytt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Young boys's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Åke Vestberg came free, but Uno Wennerberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Niclas Ugla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by William Tham during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. William Tham kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Skapti Kyrk notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Young boys's Uno Wennerberg. Uno Wennerberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Plácido Conde put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Uno Wennerberg. Eugenio Ruy hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Uno Wennerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Åke Vestberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Mattias Skytt took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Uno Wennerberg. Uno Wennerberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 45th minute, Mattias Skytt made a precise shot to the right of Uno Wennerberg. Young boys's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Uno Wennerberg came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Gröne Jägarens BK's Niclas Ugla. But to his dismay, Niclas Ugla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. After the first half Gröne Jägarens BK were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Plácido Conde to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Gröne Jägarens BK's Mattias Skytt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Uno Wennerberg. Uno Wennerberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Thanks to some nice moves Niclas Ugla could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Uno Wennerberg however easily saved by the left post. Young boys's Uno Wennerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Plácido Conde in the 60th minute of play. Young boys's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Victor Rydelius scored to the left of an out of position Uno Wennerberg, making the score, 0-8. Uno Wennerberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Åke Vestberg in the 65th minute. Uno Wennerberg made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Niclas Ugla sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute, Mattias Skytt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Uno Wennerberg. The goal made the score 0-9. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 0-11 when Mattias Skytt sped through Young boys's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Uno Wennerberg. In the 79th minute, Plácido Conde made a precise shot to the right of Uno Wennerberg. Young boys's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-12. Gröne Jägarens BK's Karl-Magnus Eriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Ruy in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute of the match Young boys got a corner. Gröne Jägarens BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Per-Olof Blom ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Young boys's Per-Olof Blom to fire away a dangerous shot which Karl-Magnus Eriksson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 92ndth minute of the game Plácido Conde who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Young boys's Uno Wennerberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eugenio Ruy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute, Birger Axelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charlie Öberg in the 96th minute of play forced Young boys's goalkeeper Uno Wennerberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yavuz Durusan kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Gröne Jägarens BK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
