The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Karl-Magnus Eriksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Blanck, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Radoslaw Bielecki made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Mattias Skytt sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Skapti Kyrk in the 11th minute of play forced TreileBorg FF's goalkeeper Radoslaw Bielecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gröne Jägarens BK's Karl-Magnus Eriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Pååk in the 14th minute of play. Plácido Conde kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. With a little luck, TreileBorg FF's Radoslaw Bielecki got control of the ball when Plácido Conde tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, TreileBorg FF's Hannes Samuelsson got a free kick in the 21st minute. Mattias Skytt struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Tim Borre kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, TreileBorg FF's goal looked a bit too open when Plácido Conde came free, but Radoslaw Bielecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Gröne Jägarens BK booed when TreileBorg FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tim Borre didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the match, TreileBorg FF's goalkeeper Radoslaw Bielecki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Plácido Conde. Gröne Jägarens BK's Karl-Magnus Eriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Pååk in the 45th minute of play. After 46 minutes of play, TreileBorg FF's Richard Frykberg made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl-Magnus Eriksson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Plácido Conde was the one to do the kick off. Radoslaw Bielecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias Skytt in the 51st minute of play. After some careless play in the TreileBorg FF defense, Mattias Skytt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radoslaw Bielecki. The TreileBorg FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radoslaw Bielecki should have stopped the shot. Alexander Pååk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th match minute, Gröne Jägarens BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Åke Vestberg to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the game, Hank Hvidhøj was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TreileBorg FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gröne Jägarens BK the free kick. Niclas Ugla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Radoslaw Bielecki having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Skytt in the 78th minute of play forced TreileBorg FF's goalkeeper Radoslaw Bielecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Gröne Jägarens BK's Plácido Conde nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Radoslaw Bielecki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After 95 minutes of play, Gröne Jägarens BK's Sven-Åke Vestberg made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radoslaw Bielecki was left in no man's land by his defense there! For all the effort they put into the match, the TreileBorg FF players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gröne Jägarens BK.
