Stig Dalgren started the match with the kick off. If Arman Högström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stig Dalgren succeeded in the game's 6th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Bengt-Åke Carlsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Åke Lundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute Arman Högström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Åke Carlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 11 minutes, Billy Sundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boomerang Bombers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Billy Sundberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Gandalfs IF's goal looked a bit too open when Ture Jönsson came free, but Bengt-Åke Carlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boomerang Bombers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arman Högström in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arman Högström in the 18th minute of play forced Gandalfs IF's goalkeeper Bengt-Åke Carlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billy Sundberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bengt-Åke Carlsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After having played for 20 minutes, Arman Högström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bengt-Åke Carlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Lundström in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to Gandalfs IF getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Mathias Hammarbäck hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Gandalfs IF's goal looked a bit too open when Stig Dalgren came free, but Bengt-Åke Carlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bengt-Åke Carlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arman Högström in the 29th minute of play. Stig Dalgren kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Stig Dalgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bengt-Åke Carlsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Billy Sundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt-Åke Carlsson having to interfere. Bengt-Åke Carlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Åke Lundström in the 39th minute of the match. When Boomerang Bombers's Åke Lundström, in the 39th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Boomerang Bombers. 43 minutes into the match, Gandalfs IF's goal looked a bit too open when Åke Lundström came free, but Bengt-Åke Carlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billy Sundberg in the 45th minute of play forced Gandalfs IF's goalkeeper Bengt-Åke Carlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boomerang Bombers's Billy Sundberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bengt-Åke Carlsson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match clock showed 49 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Billy Sundberg sped through Gandalfs IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bengt-Åke Carlsson. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustaf Wallmark to make the kick off. Boomerang Bombers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arman Högström in the 59th minute. Arman Högström made a great header on Boomerang Bombers's corner, it was just that Gandalfs IF's Bengt-Åke Carlsson managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 63rdth minute of the game Billy Sundberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gandalfs IF's Bengt-Åke Carlsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 63rd play minutes Billy Sundberg shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Bengt-Åke Carlsson and just under the crossbar into goal. With his leg Bengt-Åke Carlsson managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Boomerang Bombers's Billy Sundberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Arman Högström struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Bengt-Åke Carlsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boomerang Bombers. After 72 played minutes Boomerang Bombers got a freekick which was hit by Åke Lundström. Gandalfs IF's Bengt-Åke Carlsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Gandalfs IF from getting a goal against them. Boomerang Bombers's Carl Askelöf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sune Lindgren in the 76th minute of play. Billy Sundberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bengt-Åke Carlsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Billy Sundberg ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Boomerang Bombers's Jörn Hellsing got a free kick in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Gandalfs IF's goalkeeper Bengt-Åke Carlsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stig Dalgren. Åke Lundström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Åke Lundström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bengt-Åke Carlsson, 0-7. Bengt-Åke Carlsson made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Arman Högström sent off a good shot on target. Bengt-Åke Carlsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Stig Dalgren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 93 minute of play. Bengt-Åke Carlsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arman Högström in the 99th minute. Boomerang Bombers played a much better game than Gandalfs IF and deserved their victory. The Gandalfs IF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
