Spectators: 7675 (Terracing: 5757, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kent Alströmmer started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Kent Alströmmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peder Frisk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jimmie Waller in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peder Frisk saved FiascoAlabama from getting behind. In the 22ndth minute of the game Tom Fridlund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saynomore FC's Isak Drewitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 28 played minutes FiascoAlabama got a freekick which was hit by Pelle Melberg. Karl Falk got a throw-in 30 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Lennart Klemensson. Pelle Melberg hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as FiascoAlabama's Tom Fridlund slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Isak Drewitz. That made the score 1-0 after 48 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tom Fridlund to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to FiascoAlabama getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Tomas Klementsson hit a great ball. Tom Fridlund took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isak Drewitz. Isak Drewitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Kent Alströmmer struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Peder Frisk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saynomore FC. After some careless play in the Saynomore FC defense, Tom Fridlund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isak Drewitz. The Saynomore FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isak Drewitz should have stopped the shot. Lennart Klemensson's late challenge caught a Saynomore FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lennart Klemensson helped the player get up and apologised. Jimmie Waller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Peder Frisk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Saynomore FC booed when FiascoAlabama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Arne Blom didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97thth minute of the game Tom Fridlund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saynomore FC's Isak Drewitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FiascoAlabama's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
