After a rather tough play, Filipstad BK's Hannes Bennet got a free kick in the 4th minute. Dorian Félix made in the 8th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Nicklas Karlberg immediately put the ball in play. In the 14th match minute, FiascoAlabama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pelle Melberg to maneuver through the defense. Peder Frisk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Ström, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After some careless play in the Filipstad BK defense, Tom Fridlund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nils Björklund. The Filipstad BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nils Björklund should have stopped the shot. Roy Ström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gabriel Kilberg in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Peder Frisk, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 54th minute, Dorian Félix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Kilberg in the 56th minute of play forced FiascoAlabama's goalkeeper Peder Frisk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute Hannes Bennet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peder Frisk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Gabriel Kilberg notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FiascoAlabama's Peder Frisk. Peder Frisk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Johannes Martinsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute.
