He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Snedspark IF reached it. In the 13th minute, Lars Eriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isak Drewitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Brask's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. After having played for 18 minutes, George Bäcklin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Snedspark IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but George Bäcklin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andrea Di Vito kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Lars Eriksson hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The supporters of Snedspark IF booed when Saynomore FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Eriksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isak Drewitz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Wictor Westerberg. Brian Hammarberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrea Di Vito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrea Di Vito scored 0-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Brian Hammarberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Peter Brask's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Isak Drewitz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Saynomore FC's zone, George Bäcklin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isak Drewitz came out of the goal and George Bäcklin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peter Brasks short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Isak Drewitz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Snedspark IF's Peter Brask got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Saynomore FC's Isak Drewitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Saynomore FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Snedspark IF's zone, Kent Alströmmer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brian Hammarberg came out of the goal and Kent Alströmmer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patrick Ros kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Peter Brask to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peter Brask in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isak Drewitz saved Saynomore FC from getting behind. Brian Hammarberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenny Mårtensson in the 58th minute of the match. Snedspark IF's Brian Hammarberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kenny Mårtensson in the 61st minute of play. After some careless play in the Snedspark IF defense, Kent Alströmmer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brian Hammarberg. The Snedspark IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brian Hammarberg should have stopped the shot. Kent Alströmmer got in the 65th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Brian Hammarberg handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenny Mårtensson in the 67th minute of play forced Snedspark IF's goalkeeper Brian Hammarberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Saynomore FC's Kenny Mårtensson got a free kick in the 71st minute. Bror Carlsson made in the 73rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Hannes Lagerberg however managed to control. A collision led to Snedspark IF getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. George Bäcklin hit a great ball. After 78 minutes, Peter Brask made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Saynomore FC's Isak Drewitz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Brian Hammarberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Alströmmer in the 81st minute of play. Kent Alströmmer took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brian Hammarberg. Brian Hammarberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Isak Drewitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Brask's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. With a little luck, Snedspark IF's Brian Hammarberg got control of the ball when Jimmie Waller tried to sneak it across the goal line. Snedspark IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Kenny Mårtensson scored to the left of an out of position Brian Hammarberg, making the score, 1-5. The Saynomore FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
