Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hjalmar Västerstrand got the match started through his kick off. F.C Lundbyborg's Jimmy Olsmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Nyberg in the 3rd minute of play. Åke Lundström struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Jimmy Olsmann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boomerang Bombers. After 9 minutes of play, Boomerang Bombers's Arman Högström made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jimmy Olsmann was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, F.C Lundbyborg's Erland Biörling got a free kick in the 11th minute. Boomerang Bombers's Åke Lundström got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C Lundbyborg's goalkeeper Jimmy Olsmann, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Billy Sundberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jimmy Olsmann having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig Dalgren in the 17th minute of play forced F.C Lundbyborg's goalkeeper Jimmy Olsmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jimmy Olsmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arman Högström, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Stig Dalgren notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of F.C Lundbyborg's Jimmy Olsmann. Jimmy Olsmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd minute Stig Dalgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimmy Olsmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Krister Kielberg scored 1-3 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carl Askelöf, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jimmy Olsmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arman Högström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Erland Biörling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hjalmar Västerstrand in the 46th minute of play forced Boomerang Bombers's goalkeeper Carl Askelöf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the game, F.C Lundbyborg's Hjalmar Västerstrand nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carl Askelöf made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stig Dalgren to strike the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the match, F.C Lundbyborg's goal looked a bit too open when Stig Dalgren came free, but Jimmy Olsmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in F.C Lundbyborg's zone, Billy Sundberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimmy Olsmann came out of the goal and Billy Sundberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. F.C Lundbyborg's Jimmy Olsmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig Dalgren in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Hjalmar Västerstrand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jimmy Olsmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Lundström in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd minute Boomerang Bombers were awarded a corner. Arman Högström went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 74th minute, Michael Nyberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stig Dalgren received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jimmy Olsmann came out and tried to block the shot, but Stig Dalgren slotted it home off the left post making it 2-5 in the 78th minute. Krister Kielberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carl Askelöf read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 87th match minute, F.C Lundbyborg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Åke Holmstedt to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Boomerang Bombers booed when F.C Lundbyborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göran Ekberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jimmy Olsmann acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 92nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Arman Högström.
