Gianluigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Magnusson in the 3rd minute of play. Lars Soned fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gianluigi Buffon having to interfere. Carl Lindgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gianluigi Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dênis Pirani in the 16th minute of the match. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kungarna I Stugan's goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Germano Peixoto kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Kungarna I Stugan's Gustaf Asplund got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kent Magnusson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gianluigi Buffon came out and tried to block the shot, but Kent Magnusson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 27th minute. Kent Magnusson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Gianluigi Buffon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kungarna I Stugan's Gianluigi Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dênis Pirani in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36thth minute of the game Gustaf Asplund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Davids divor's Iordache Mândrilă was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 37th minute Kungarna I Stugan were awarded a corner. Johnny Granqvist went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Johnny Granqvist got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Iordache Mândrilă quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The crowd rose to their feet as Davids divor's Dênis Pirani slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gianluigi Buffon. That made the score 2-0 after 39 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Kungarna I Stugan's zone, Kent Magnusson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gianluigi Buffon came out of the goal and Kent Magnusson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gianluigi Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dênis Pirani in the 48th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dênis Pirani made a kick off. In the 54th match minute, Davids divor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Åke Björnberg to maneuver through the defense. Iordache Mândrilă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaf Asplund in the 57th minute of the match. If Dênis Pirani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 minutes of play, Davids divor's Dênis Pirani made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gianluigi Buffon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gianluigi Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dênis Pirani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, Kungarna I Stugan's goal looked a bit too open when Ola Rosendahl came free, but Gianluigi Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 71 minutes Kungarna I Stugan's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Otto Säfström who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Otto Säfström got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gianluigi Buffon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Dênis Pirani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Gustaf Asplund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iordache Mândrilă was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. A collision led to Kungarna I Stugan getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Johnny Granqvist hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Otto Säfström sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kungarna I Stugan's Gianluigi Buffon didn't even have to move. In the 87th minute, Kent Magnusson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gianluigi Buffon was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After a rather tough play, Davids divor's Otto Säfström got a free kick in the 89th minute.
