In the 9th minute, Lars Soned got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Kent Magnusson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henning Nyman. Himna FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kent Magnusson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Mårten Lindberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Iordache Mândrilă when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 21 minutes into the match, Dênis Pirani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henning Nyman. Henning Nyman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Germano Peixoto in the 39th minute of the match. Iordache Mândrilă made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mårten Lindberg in the 40th minute. Henning Nyman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dênis Pirani in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dênis Pirani was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot 52 in the game by Ola Rosendahl from a close distance when the talented Henning Nyman managed to make a qualified save. Himna FF's players were relieved. Emil Brander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henning Nyman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Emil Brander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kent Magnusson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Henning Nyman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iordache Mândrilă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mårten Lindberg in the 59th minute of play. The supporters of Himna FF booed when Davids divor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Germano Peixoto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Davids divor's Iordache Mândrilă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bosse Boban in the 62nd minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Himna FF's goal looked a bit too open when Dênis Pirani came free, but Henning Nyman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Himna FF's Mårten Lindberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iordache Mândrilă narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kent Magnusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henning Nyman having to interfere. Dênis Pirani took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henning Nyman. Henning Nyman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. With a little luck, Himna FF's Henning Nyman got control of the ball when Ola Rosendahl tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mårten Lindberg in the 80th minute of play forced Davids divor's goalkeeper Iordache Mândrilă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kent Magnusson struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Henning Nyman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Davids divor. In the 85th minute, Ola Rosendahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th minute, Davids divor's Dênis Pirani dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. In the 92nd minute Kent Magnusson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henning Nyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
