From a short distance, Boden's Konrad Björklund, in the 11th minute, tried to place the ball behind Patrick Eliasson, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ümit Akyüz in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patrick Eliasson saved Gnesta Oilers from getting behind. Patrick Eliasson made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Nils-Emil Ros sent off a good shot on target. When Gnesta Oilers's Alejo Veliz in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Boden's goalie prevented a goal. Nils-Emil Ros's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Patrick Eliasson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Konrad Björklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nils-Emil Ros in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Patrick Eliasson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nils-Emil Ros to make the kick off. Boden's Konrad Björklund got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ümit Akyüz fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boden's protests and gave Ümit Akyüz a yellow card for diving instead. After 55 played minutes Boden got a freekick which was hit by Ümit Akyüz. Patrick Eliasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konrad Björklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Patrick Eliasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Björklund in the 59th minute of the match. Patrick Eliasson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Konrad Björklund went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score.
