The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vitå's Kurt Bivall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Cichewski in the 4th minute of play. In the 8th minute Emil Trulsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Bivall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cam Bahč in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kurt Bivall saved Vitå from getting behind. When IFK Gladdarna's Emil Trulsson in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vitå's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Cam Bahč's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kurt Bivall was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Adrián Serena took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kurt Bivall. Kurt Bivall dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Eugeniusz Cichewski took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Kurt Bivall to make any attempt to save it. Kurt Ekberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Michael Vidman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cam Bahč struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Kurt Bivall didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK Gladdarna. Kurt Bivall was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eugeniusz Cichewski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 83 minute of play. Kurt Bivall was a little too slow when Emil Trulsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 0-13. Emil Trulssons short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Kurt Bivall to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Emil Trulsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Kurt Bivall when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
