The supporters of IFK Gladdarna booed when Joga Bonito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthon Söderström didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goal looked a bit too open when Eugeniusz Cichewski came free, but Gustav Mineja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Joga Bonito defense, Eugeniusz Cichewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustav Mineja. The Joga Bonito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustav Mineja should have stopped the shot. Adrián Serena kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugeniusz Cichewski in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustav Mineja saved Joga Bonito from getting behind. With an all-out effort, IFK Gladdarna's Gustav Mineja threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eugeniusz Cichewski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gustav Mineja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugeniusz Cichewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Eugeniusz Cichewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emil Trulsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Gustav Mineja made a huge save. In the 43rd minute, Eugeniusz Cichewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. IFK Gladdarna's Kurt Ekberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthon Söderström in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Eugeniusz Cichewski hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Emil Trulsson sped through Joga Bonito's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gustav Mineja. IFK Gladdarna's Eugeniusz Cichewski got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Trulsson came free, but Gustav Mineja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Mineja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Trulsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. When IFK Gladdarna's Eugeniusz Cichewski in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Gustav Mineja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Trulsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. IFK Gladdarna's Emil Trulsson got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute Emil Trulsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Mineja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. IFK Gladdarna's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
