Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Vitå's Karl-Michael Vidman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Inge Casoliva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Kurt Bivall made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Eket IFK's Delmiro Sugar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kurt Bivall. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. In the 16th minute Inge Granström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Bivall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rio Suprana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Inge Casoliva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kurt Bivall read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Eket IFK's Inge Casoliva slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kurt Bivall. That made the score 2-0 after 33 minutes of play. Gelu Amitroaiei hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Delmiro Sugar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eket IFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Delmiro Sugar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Sugar in the 53rd minute of play forced Vitå's goalkeeper Kurt Bivall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Delmiro Sugar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kurt Bivall was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. When Andy Rolandsson came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Eket IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andy Rolandsson couldn't finish the play. Kurt Bivall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmiro Sugar in the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Vitå's goal looked a bit too open when Inge Granström came free, but Kurt Bivall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Kjell Berg in the 66th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Eket IFK's Gelu Amitroaiei. Kurt Bivall didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Casper Stabbe went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. 73 minutes into the match, Vitå's goal looked a bit too open when Rio Suprana came free, but Kurt Bivall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Eket IFK booed when Vitå was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Lindmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rio Suprana took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kurt Bivall. Kurt Bivall dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. 83 minutes into the match, Inge Casoliva notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Vitå's Kurt Bivall. Kurt Bivall was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kurt Bivall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmiro Sugar in the 87th minute of play. Inge Granström scored 8-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kurt Bivall, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vitå's Kurt Bivall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Sugar in the 96th minute of play.
