Per-Erik Mager sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 7 played minutes Venga Boys got a freekick which was hit by Peter Kellberg. Joseph Joensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dick Borre in the 8th minute of play. Joseph Joensson was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Gösta Jernberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gösta Jernberg really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Venga Boys's Joseph Joensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dick Borre in the 13th minute of play. Joseph Joensson made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Per-Erik Mager sent off a good shot on target. Joseph Joensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gösta Jernberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 20 minutes into the game, PINARELLO's Bengt-Arne Sjödin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joseph Joensson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 23rd minute, Per-Erik Mager reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joseph Joensson. The goal made the score 3-0. After a rather tough play, PINARELLO's Dick Borre got a free kick in the 27th minute. Per-Erik Mager sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st match minute, Venga Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Håkan Beckström to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rdth minute of the game Gösta Jernberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venga Boys's Joseph Joensson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Gösta Jernberg sped through Venga Boys's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joseph Joensson. In the 37th minute, Viktor Wennersten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the match, Dick Borre notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Venga Boys's Joseph Joensson. Joseph Joensson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The wind increased when Sven-Oskar Engström made the kick off in the second half. Joseph Joensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Oskar Engström in the 53rd minute of play. Joseph Joensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gösta Jernberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joseph Joensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Erik Mager, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. PINARELLO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Michel Sandström scored to the left of an out of position Tobias Rosén, making the score, 7-1. Joseph Joensson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gösta Jernberg's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dick Borre in the 66th minute of play forced Venga Boys's goalkeeper Joseph Joensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venga Boys's Joseph Joensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Erik Mager in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Venga Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Erik Mager came free, but Joseph Joensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The PINARELLO fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when PINARELLO's Per-Erik Mager looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Joseph Joensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gösta Jernberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute Per-Erik Mager shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joseph Joensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Per-Erik Mager fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PINARELLO's protests and gave Per-Erik Mager a yellow card for diving instead. Per-Erik Mager hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. If Sven-Oskar Engström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joseph Joensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gösta Jernberg in the 87th minute of play. Mikael Sävström hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Joseph Joensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gösta Jernberg in the 95th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dick Borre in the 97th minute of play forced Venga Boys's goalkeeper Joseph Joensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the PINARELLO players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
