Roger Pilgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl-Oskar Öberg in the 5th minute. After 10 minutes, Joar Dahlquist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Higher and the Gudskrigare players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th match minute, FC Higher was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joar Dahlquist to maneuver through the defense. Ludwig Bergdal kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After 19 minutes, Tanek Budzyn made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Higher's Roger Pilgren tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Karl-Oskar Öberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roger Pilgren. That made the score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. Martin Alebeck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Esbjörn Sefastsson's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. When Tanek Budzyn came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Gudskrigare fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tanek Budzyn couldn't finish the play. Roger Pilgren was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Tanek Budzyn capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tanek Budzyn really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Tanek Budzyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 37 played minutes FC Higher got a freekick which was hit by Max Hedkvist. Pål Beck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Alebeck having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tanek Budzyn in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roger Pilgren saved FC Higher from getting behind. Roger Pilgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tanek Budzyn, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute Esbjörn Sefastsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Alebeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bertil Askstedt during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 47 minutes into the game, one of FC Higher:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. FC Higher:s Roger Pilgren showed great skill when he stopped Ludwig Rudkvist:s penalty. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Pål Beck got free with Martin Alebeck in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Tanek Budzyn's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roger Pilgren was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Karl-Oskar Öberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roger Pilgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Karl-Oskar Öberg ran back to his position shaking his head. After 67 minutes, Tanek Budzyn made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Higher's Roger Pilgren tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute Gudskrigare were awarded a corner. Ludwig Rudkvist went to the cornerflag to take it. Roger Pilgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tanek Budzyn, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Oskar Öberg in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roger Pilgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Higher's Roger Pilgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Oskar Öberg in the 82nd minute of play. Roger Pilgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tanek Budzyn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roger Pilgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Oskar Öberg in the 85th minute of play. In the 93rdth minute of the game Tanek Budzyn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Higher's Roger Pilgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Gudskrigare's Tanek Budzyn in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Higher's goalie prevented a goal. Esbjörn Sefastsson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 5-2 in the 96th playminute. When the referee ended the match the Gudskrigare players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
