In the 36th minute of the match, Tolga Nihat tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Christos Sakalis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Erik Billock got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. KopparnsJärnGäng's Christos Sakalis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save KopparnsJärnGäng from getting a goal against them. Christos Sakalis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erik Billock in the 44th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bo-Erik Bock to strike the kick off in the second half. When Allan Johnsson fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KopparnsJärnGäng's protests and gave Allan Johnsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th match minute, KopparnsJärnGäng was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Johnsson to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, KopparnsJärnGäng's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Billock came free, but Christos Sakalis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christos Sakalis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Billock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
