Spectators: 6798 (Terracing: 5798, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Erik Billock took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Erik Billock ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aron Hulubei was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Erik Billock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Almkvist in the 10th minute of play forced Hovås's goalkeeper Sonny Vollander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Tolga Nihat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aron Hulubei was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Stefan Ivarsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hovås's Sonny Vollander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Almqvist in the 16th minute of play. Sonny Vollander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Almkvist in the 18th minute of play. In the 22nd minute there was a penalty for Tänndalen. Leonard Strömberg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sonny Vollander. 1-1. Sonny Vollander came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Tänndalen's Bernt Almkvist. But to his dismay, Bernt Almkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When Tänndalen's Bernt Almkvist in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hovås's goalie prevented a goal. In the 36th match minute, Hovås was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolga Nihat to maneuver through the defense. Tolga Nihat had several of the Tänndalen's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 46 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Aron Hulubei as he didn't even see the shot coming. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernt Almkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. If Greger Tönnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Jens-Ola Fredriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, Tänndalen's goal looked a bit too open when Tolga Nihat came free, but Aron Hulubei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aron Hulubei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolga Nihat, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Ivarsson in the 71st minute of play forced Tänndalen's goalkeeper Aron Hulubei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stefan Ivarsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aron Hulubei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Tolga Nihat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Aron Hulubei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Bernt Almkvist reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sonny Vollander. The goal made the score 2-3. Aron Hulubei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolga Nihat, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After having played for 84 minutes, Tolga Nihat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hovås's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tolga Nihat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernt Almkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Aron Hulubei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolga Nihat, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The Hovås supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tänndalen's performance. The match ended with a win for Tänndalen.
