Spectators: 7692 (Terracing: 5770, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 153) SLÄPPEN FK's Ivar Blanck started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Hovås's Tolga Nihat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Türkeş Bucuklu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Erik Billock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Türkeş Bucuklu having to interfere. If Kasper Hägert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the game, Kasper Hägert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SLÄPPEN FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hovås the free kick. In the 18th match minute, SLÄPPEN FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sverker Hylander to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Erik Billock's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Türkeş Bucuklu was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Türkeş Bucuklu came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hovås's Tolga Nihat. But to his dismay, Tolga Nihat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Billock in the 26th minute of play forced SLÄPPEN FK's goalkeeper Türkeş Bucuklu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Tolga Nihat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hovås's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tolga Nihat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erik Billock in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Türkeş Bucuklu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Billock in the 43rd minute of play forced SLÄPPEN FK's goalkeeper Türkeş Bucuklu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erik Billock stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, SLÄPPEN FK's Türkeş Bucuklu got control of the ball when Erik Billock tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erik Billock came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Türkeş Bucuklu could save by the left post. In the 57thth minute of the game Erik Billock who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SLÄPPEN FK's Türkeş Bucuklu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SLÄPPEN FK's Türkeş Bucuklu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greger Tönnberg in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, SLÄPPEN FK's goal looked a bit too open when Tolga Nihat came free, but Türkeş Bucuklu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erik Billock could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Türkeş Bucuklu made a huge save. 64 minutes into the match, Erik Billock had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Türkeş Bucuklu. SLÄPPEN FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erik Billock was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Erik Billock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Türkeş Bucuklu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Erik Billock took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Türkeş Bucuklu to make any attempt to save it. Türkeş Bucuklu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Ivarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Sverker Hylander kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. A collision led to SLÄPPEN FK getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Ivar Blanck hit a great ball. After 88 played minutes SLÄPPEN FK got a freekick which was hit by John Olsson. Türkeş Bucuklu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolga Nihat in the 89th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, SLÄPPEN FK's goalkeeper Türkeş Bucuklu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erik Billock. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tolga Nihat in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Türkeş Bucuklu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Türkeş Bucuklu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolga Nihat in the 96th minute of play. Hovås's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
