The audience thought a goal was coming when Mustafa Jusufović got free with Tomás Guillen in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 11 minutes of play, Timmernabben FF's Sakarias Stephansson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joar Blomqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Folke Lövgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joar Blomqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Lugo in the 16th minute of play. Belimir Katunarić came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tomás Guillen could save by the left post. Kaká Junior spun around in front of the goal 23 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FK VRBAS's goal. 25 minutes into the match, FK VRBAS's goal looked a bit too open when Sakarias Stephansson came free, but Joar Blomqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FK VRBAS's Joar Blomqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Hallgren in the 26th minute of play. Joar Blomqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaká Junior in the 27th minute of play. In the 43rd minute Aljoša Čurina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Guillen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Kaká Junior managed to get in a good position for a shot. Timmernabben FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Kaká Junior was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joar Blomqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 46 minutes into the match, FK VRBAS's goal looked a bit too open when Arnulfo Lugo came free, but Joar Blomqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timmernabben FF were winning 0-3.

Mustafa Jusufović took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomás Guillen. Tomás Guillen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. FK VRBAS made a substitution. Ove Klemensson replaced Mustafa Jusufović. Joar Blomqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sakarias Stephansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Timmernabben FF played a much better game than FK VRBAS and deserved their victory. The FK VRBAS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
