Kjell Åkerström's late challenge caught a Yxhult's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kjell Åkerström helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Jamm Boss FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Kjell Åkerström hit a great ball. Stig-Åke Svanberg kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Yxhult's Rickard Ahlgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens Winström in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Peter Björk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Algot Johnsson took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gösta Fransson to make any attempt to save it. Niclas Dahlquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Ahlgren having to interfere. Rickard Ahlgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niclas Dahlquist in the 39th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Magne Forssberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gösta Fransson was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. The supporters of Yxhult booed when Jamm Boss FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell Åkerström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, Yxhult's Karl-Oskar Björklund ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gösta Fransson. Gösta Fransson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niclas Dahlquist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Karl-Oskar Björklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gösta Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niclas Dahlquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jamm Boss FC's Niclas Dahlquist got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th minute Karl-Oskar Björklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gösta Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Karl-Oskar Björklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jens Winström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Rickard Ahlgren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 69th minute Karl-Oskar Björklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gösta Fransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Jamm Boss FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Blom came free, but Gösta Fransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gösta Fransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Oskar Björklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Yxhult booed when Jamm Boss FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Björk didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Niclas Dahlquist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rickard Ahlgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute, Daniel Blom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gösta Fransson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Alexander Löfgren kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Jamm Boss FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Blom came free, but Gösta Fransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rickard Ahlgren was a little too slow when Jens Winström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 3-1.
