Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FK VRBAS's Aljoša Čurina started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rickard Ahlgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belimir Katunarić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Yxhult defense, Belimir Katunarić kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rickard Ahlgren. The Yxhult fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rickard Ahlgren should have stopped the shot. When Mustafa Jusufović came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the FK VRBAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Jusufović couldn't finish the play. Karl-Oskar Björklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Joar Blomqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FK VRBAS's Joar Blomqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save FK VRBAS from getting a goal against them. Staffan Siöberg hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Rickard Ahlgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aljoša Čurina's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Daniel Blom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joar Blomqvist having to interfere. Yxhult's Rickard Ahlgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jure Broz in the 27th minute of play. Rickard Ahlgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Jusufović in the 27th minute of play. In the 28thth minute of the game Mustafa Jusufović who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yxhult's Rickard Ahlgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute, Kaspar Nemvalts left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FK VRBAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 34th minute Jure Broz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Ahlgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rickard Ahlgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aljoša Čurina in the 37th minute of play. Rickard Ahlgren came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by FK VRBAS's Aljoša Čurina. But to his dismay, Aljoša Čurina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 41 minutes into the game, Mustafa Jusufović cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Rickard Ahlgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 45 minutes of play, FK VRBAS's Aljoša Čurina made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rickard Ahlgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half FK VRBAS were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After some careless play in the Yxhult defense, Jure Broz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rickard Ahlgren. The Yxhult fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rickard Ahlgren should have stopped the shot. If Aljoša Čurina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FK VRBAS's Ove Klemensson was substituted for Mustafa Jusufović. Ove Klemensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Ahlgren having to interfere. Rickard Ahlgren was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Aljoša Čurina capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aljoša Čurina really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. FK VRBAS's Ove Klemensson got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aljoša Čurina who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Rickard Ahlgren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 71 minutes into the match, Yxhult's goalkeeper Rickard Ahlgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ove Klemensson. When Aljoša Čurina came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the FK VRBAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aljoša Čurina couldn't finish the play. Ove Klemensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 77 minutes into the match, FK VRBAS's Aljoša Čurina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rickard Ahlgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ove Klemensson got free with Rickard Ahlgren in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 81 minutes into the game, FK VRBAS's Ove Klemensson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rickard Ahlgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Aljoša Čurina might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rickard Ahlgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aljoša Čurina ran back to his position shaking his head. Yxhult were furious when Sigvard Örtendal was red carded, 87 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Bo Bruhn placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Jure Broz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Rickard Ahlgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ove Klemensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rickard Ahlgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aljoša Čurina, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Magne Forssberg kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. FK VRBAS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
