In the 12th minute Duarte Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sten Vidman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Bryngelsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Sten Vidman made a huge save. A collision led to Blåränderna getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Olof Frisck hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Blåränderna defense, Adrian Bryngelsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sten Vidman. The Blåränderna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sten Vidman should have stopped the shot. Sten Vidman made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Adrian Bryngelsson sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Duarte Abreu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sten Vidman. That made the score 4-0 in the 24 minute of play. Sten Vidman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Bryngelsson in the 27th minute of play. After 29 played minutes SS Palestra Italia got a freekick which was hit by Vilgot Hellsing. The audience was convinced that Rolf Apelquist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emil Caspersson was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Sten Vidman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Bryngelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Sten Vidman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristoffer Hansson in the 43rd minute of the match. Mats Hedberg hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Blåränderna's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Duarte Abreu 47 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 6-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the match, Adrian Bryngelsson notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Blåränderna's Sten Vidman. Sten Vidman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sten Vidman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte Abreu in the 56th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Blåränderna's goal looked a bit too open when Kristoffer Hansson came free, but Sten Vidman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Adrian Bryngelsson made a precise shot to the right of Sten Vidman. Blåränderna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Sten Vidman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Bryngelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Börje Sandberg got his second yellow card in the match during the 64th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of SS Palestra Italia booed when Blåränderna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Börje Sandberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute, Börje Fors left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SS Palestra Italia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. The SS Palestra Italia fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when SS Palestra Italia's Duarte Abreu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 11-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the Blåränderna defense, Peder Rang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sten Vidman. The Blåränderna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sten Vidman should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Bryngelsson in the 91st minute of play forced Blåränderna's goalkeeper Sten Vidman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sten Vidman came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by SS Palestra Italia's Vilgot Haegg. But to his dismay, Vilgot Haegg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. After a rather tough play, Blåränderna's Alvin Björk got a free kick in the 96th minute. Sten Vidman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Bryngelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
