In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blåränderna's goalkeeper Sten Vidman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 26 played minutes Yxhult got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Oskar Björklund. Olof Frisck hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Sten Vidman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johan Njurenius in the 33rd minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Yxhult's Sigvard Örtendal broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 44th minute Alvin Björk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Ahlgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sten Vidman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Oskar Björklund in the 46th minute of the match. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Markus Söder to strike the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the game, Daniel Blom cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Sten Vidman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Blåränderna booed when Yxhult was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig-Åke Svanberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sten Vidman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Markus Söder, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Yxhult's Markus Söder slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sten Vidman. That made the score 1-4 after 79 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Blåränderna's Johannes Bengtsson got a free kick in the 84th minute. Johannes Bengtsson kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Blåränderna's Sten Vidman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Markus Söder in the 88th minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Johan Njurenius was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yxhult's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blåränderna the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Yxhult fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! Markus Söder who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 99thth minute tested the skills of Sten Vidman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match was over Yxhult could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Blåränderna throughout the match.
