Valentin Sjöberg hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Jonas Sander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixten Wickander in the 12th minute of play forced THE LEOPARDS OF ZAIRE's goalkeeper 邓俊昆 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iwo Szotek came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by THE LEOPARDS OF ZAIRE's Oskar Bergfelt. But to his dismay, Oskar Bergfelt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 24 minutes, Kurt Njurenius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the THE LEOPARDS OF ZAIRE and the Kvarnby IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 24th minute, Kurt Njurenius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 邓俊昆 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixten Wickander in the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Njurenius in the 34th minute of play forced Kvarnby IK's goalkeeper Iwo Szotek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, THE LEOPARDS OF ZAIRE's goal looked a bit too open when Linus Flink came free, but 邓俊昆 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th play minute Oskar Bergfelt came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Iwo Szotek. 2-0. When Oskar Bergfelt came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the THE LEOPARDS OF ZAIRE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oskar Bergfelt couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sixten Wickander to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonas Sander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When THE LEOPARDS OF ZAIRE's Oskar Bergfelt in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kvarnby IK's goalie prevented a goal. Iwo Szotek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Njurenius, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Kvarnby IK's goal looked a bit too open when Ivar Uggstedt came free, but Iwo Szotek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tord Beckeman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwo Szotek having to interfere. THE LEOPARDS OF ZAIRE's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Sixten Wickander scored to the left of an out of position 邓俊昆, making the score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Njurenius in the 82nd minute of play forced Kvarnby IK's goalkeeper Iwo Szotek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kurt Njurenius got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Kvarnby IK booed when THE LEOPARDS OF ZAIRE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kurt Njurenius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sixten Wickander blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 邓俊昆 having to make a save. THE LEOPARDS OF ZAIRE's Oskar Bergfelt got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
