After a defensive mix-up in General Orginal's zone, Oskar Bergfelt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robin Deckberg came out of the goal and Oskar Bergfelt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Iwo Zaworski sped through THE LEOPARDS OF ZAIRE's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of 邓俊昆. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind THE LEOPARDS OF ZAIRE's goalkeeper 邓俊昆, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 邓俊昆 was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Iwo Zaworski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Oskar Bergfelt's late challenge caught a General Orginal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oskar Bergfelt helped the player get up and apologised. General Orginal's Alvin Gråberg was substituted for Greger Dahlqvist. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Hjalmar Groth sped through THE LEOPARDS OF ZAIRE's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of 邓俊昆. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Börge Palmquist couldn't finish the play. Robin Deckberg made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Ivar Uggstedt sent off a good shot on target. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. General Orginal had played much better football throughout.
