The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tang Hao Wei who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Jan Larsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jan Larsson had great luck who in the 6thth minute grab hold of the ball when Tang Hao Wei from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After 7 minutes, Tang Hao Wei made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC ARDA's Jan Larsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 13 minutes into the match, FC ARDA's goalkeeper Jan Larsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tang Hao Wei. Tang Hao Wei in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jan Larsson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jan Larsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bo Grönberg in the 15th minute of the match. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC ARDA's goalkeeper Jan Larsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 21st minute FC ARDA were awarded a corner. Vilhelm Ekerot went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Vilhelm Ekerot almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AIK Spiceboys's Nicklas Matsson did a great save. Tang Hao Wei's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jan Larsson firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manole Coraș in the 31st minute of play forced AIK Spiceboys's goalkeeper Nicklas Matsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Larsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bo Grönberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. With a little luck, FC ARDA's Jan Larsson got control of the ball when Tang Hao Wei tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jason Nys during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, FC ARDA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jason Nys to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, FC ARDA's Jan Larsson got control of the ball when Tang Hao Wei tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tang Hao Wei made the kick off in the second half. Jan Larsson came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by AIK Spiceboys's Tang Hao Wei. But to his dismay, Tang Hao Wei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When Jason Nys came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the FC ARDA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jason Nys couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, AIK Spiceboys's Nicklas Matsson got control of the ball when Jason Nys tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 71st minute of the match FC ARDA got a corner. AIK Spiceboys's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vilhelm Ekerot ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Kjell Löv managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. A collision led to AIK Spiceboys getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Thomas Flinck hit a great ball. The long shot by Vilhelm Ekerot in the 76th minute really tested Nicklas Matsson's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A hard shot 78 in the game by Manole Coraș from a close distance when the talented Nicklas Matsson managed to make a qualified save. AIK Spiceboys's players were relieved. In the 83rd minute, Bo Grönberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan Larsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in FC ARDA's zone, Tang Hao Wei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan Larsson came out of the goal and Tang Hao Wei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicklas Matsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manole Coraș in the 92nd minute. When Tang Hao Wei came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the AIK Spiceboys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tang Hao Wei couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, AIK Spiceboys's goal looked a bit too open when Manole Coraș came free, but Nicklas Matsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC ARDA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
