Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gösta Björling kicked off to start the match. The Galactic Allstars FC fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Galactic Allstars FC's Simon Courtemanche looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gyllne Hammarn FC's Ian Vidman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Courtemanche in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristian Mook in the 15th minute of play forced Gyllne Hammarn FC's goalkeeper Ian Vidman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gösta Björling's late challenge caught a Galactic Allstars FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gösta Björling helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Gyllne Hammarn FC's Gösta Björling got a free kick in the 18th minute. Paul Uter took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ian Vidman. Gyllne Hammarn FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Galactic Allstars FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Alvaro Barco hit a great ball. In the 22ndth minute of the game Gösta Björling who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galactic Allstars FC's Felix Kielberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bertil Ahlbom charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bertil Ahlbom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simon Courtemanche in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ian Vidman saved Gyllne Hammarn FC from getting behind. Kristian Mook fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ian Vidman having to interfere. After 35 played minutes Gyllne Hammarn FC got a freekick which was hit by Måns Vennersten. Paul Uter took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ian Vidman. Ian Vidman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 38 minutes into the match, Gyllne Hammarn FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kristian Mook came free, but Ian Vidman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Patrik Kjellman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the match, Galactic Allstars FC's Paul Uter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ian Vidman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 42 minutes into the game, Måns Bokelund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gyllne Hammarn FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galactic Allstars FC the free kick. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Simon Courtemanche made a kick off. A hard shot 52 in the game by Simon Courtemanche from a close distance when the talented Ian Vidman managed to make a qualified save. Gyllne Hammarn FC's players were relieved. 53 minutes into the game, Måns Vennersten was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gyllne Hammarn FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galactic Allstars FC the free kick. A collision led to Gyllne Hammarn FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Måns Vennersten hit a great ball. The long shot by Paul Uter in the 53rd minute really tested Ian Vidman's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Kristian Mook struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Ian Vidman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galactic Allstars FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Osvald Björkkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gyllne Hammarn FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Osvald Björkkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Kielberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute, Galactic Allstars FC's Simon Courtemanche dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. The audience was convinced that Simon Courtemanche's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ian Vidman was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Ian Vidman was a little too slow when Simon Courtemanche got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 0-6. Paul Uter was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 70th minute. Galactic Allstars FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ian Vidman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristian Mook, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joachim Göransson struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Ian Vidman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galactic Allstars FC. In the 76th minute, Måns Vennersten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the match, Gyllne Hammarn FC's goalkeeper Ian Vidman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paul Uter. After a defensive mix-up in Gyllne Hammarn FC's zone, Simon Courtemanche stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ian Vidman came out of the goal and Simon Courtemanche tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ian Vidman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Mook in the 80th minute of play. In the 87th minute Måns Bokelund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Kielberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gyllne Hammarn FC's Gösta Björling got a free kick in the 91st minute. Ian Vidman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Courtemanche in the 92nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonny Eliasson during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 96th match minute, Galactic Allstars FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonny Eliasson to maneuver through the defense. In the 97th minute, Gösta Björling got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Galactic Allstars FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gyllne Hammarn FC.
