An unexpectedly hard shot by Caner İltay in the 10th minute of play forced Köttrötterna's goalkeeper Tage Lidberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Ronneby BK's Caner İltay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tage Lidberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 15th minute Ronneby BK were awarded a corner. Caner İltay went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Ronneby BK's Caner İltay to fire away a dangerous shot which Tage Lidberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ronneby BK's Rich Barth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Ronneby BK from getting a goal against them. 2-1 became the score in the 32nd minute when Torbjörn Hermansson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 43 minutes into the match, Ronneby BK's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Hermansson came free, but Rich Barth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peyami Kadirsah kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dan Landin made a kick off. Arvid Lundqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Per Lundström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Rich Barth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ronneby BK getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Andreas Majman hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute Dan Landin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rich Barth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th match minute, Köttrötterna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Kellberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute of the match Caner İltay sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tage Lidberg skillfully saved the ball. Marcus Kilström kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Caner İltay hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rdth minute of the game Dan Landin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ronneby BK's Rich Barth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rich Barth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Torbjörn Hermansson went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Köttrötterna walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
