In the 20th minute Nicolas Tabb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petter Karlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th match minute, Berga BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredric Odin to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the game, Jens-Ove Wennerberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Stig Klint sped through Ånäset FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julian Jerold. In the 38th minute, Dimitris Tabakos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petter Karlsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 42 minutes into the game, Ånäset FK's Epifanio Loiola nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Petter Karlsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Petter Karlsson came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Ånäset FK's Epifanio Loiola. But to his dismay, Epifanio Loiola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicolas Tabb made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Berga BK's goalkeeper Petter Karlsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dimitris Tabakos. In the 57th match minute, Ånäset FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Ove Backman to maneuver through the defense. Petter Karlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Tabb in the 59th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Dimitris Tabakos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Ove Berg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berga BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ove Berg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julian Jerold breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Berga BK's Petter Karlsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Berga BK from getting a goal against them. In the 78th minute, Stig Klint got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gösta Sundberg hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig Klint in the 81st minute of play forced Ånäset FK's goalkeeper Julian Jerold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petter Karlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epifanio Loiola in the 88th minute of the match.
